The goal of the training is to equip participants with practical tools necessary for the modern work and social environment. Participants will learn how to communicate with others consciously, purposefully, and influentially — in both personal and professional relationships.

Verbal communication

  • Meaning and selection of words

  • Active Listening Techniques

A. Nonverbal communication

  • Tone of voice (paraverbal part)

  • Interpreting nonverbal signals
